1 tbsp Italian seasoning

For the Spinach Alfredo Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup ricotta cheese
To Serve:
