Preparation

First, mix the quark and vanilla pudding together with the juice from the canned mandarins until smooth and creamy.

Then, gently fold in the mandarin pieces (you can keep a few aside for decoration, if desired).

Decorate as you like and chill in the fridge until ready to serve. Done!

This dessert also tastes great with other canned fruits or even just with 100–150 ml of multivitamin juice.

By scaling up the ingredients, this makes a fantastic dessert for a larger group.

Thanks to the low-fat quark, the recipe is relatively low in fat — even with the cream pudding.
