👩🍳 How to Make It
1. Brown the Beef In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add onions and peppers, and cook until tender.
2. Load the Crockpot Transfer the beef mixture to a 6-quart slow cooker. Add garlic, seasonings, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and broth. Stir to combine.
3. Slow Cook Cover and cook on high for 3½ hours.
4. Cook the Pasta About 1 hour before serving, cook macaroni according to package directions.
5. Finish & Serve 30 minutes before serving, stir in cooked pasta and frozen peas. Cover and let sit until heated through. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
💡 Tips & Variations
- Add sautéed mushrooms or zucchini for extra veggies
- Use elbow macaroni, shells, or rotini — whatever you have on hand
