1. Prepare the Crust

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a medium bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafer cookies and melted butter.

5. Assemble the Cheesecake

  • Pour topping evenly over the cooled cheesecake.

  • Refrigerate at least 4 hours, until fully chilled and set.

6. Serve
