Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer (or a sturdy spoon) until it is completely smooth and creamy.

Create the Mix-In: In the bowl of a food processor, pulse the pepperoni slices until they are finely chopped into small, uniform pieces. Add the peperoncinis and pulse again until everything is well combined and has a coarse, relish-like texture.

Combine: Scrape the entire pepperoni mixture into the bowl with the cream cheese. Sprinkle the Italian seasoning over the top.
