Strawberry Cream Cheese Loaf
Step 3: Add Sugar, Eggs, and Vanilla
Add sugar gradually. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Step 4: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
Step 5: Combine Wet & Dry
Alternate adding flour mixture and milk to the wet mix. Start and end with flour.
Step 6: Coat and Fold in Strawberries
Toss strawberries with 1 tbsp flour, then gently fold into batter.
Step 7: Pour and Bake
Transfer to prepared pan. Bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cover loosely with foil if browning too quickly.
Step 8: Cool
Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes. Then remove and cool fully on a wire rack.
Step 9: Optional Glaze
Mix powdered sugar, milk/lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Drizzle over cooled loaf.
