1. Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, stir together the self-rising flour and beer just until the batter is fully combined. Do not overmix.

2. Prepare the Slow Cooker

Line the bottom and sides of your slow cooker with parchment paper, leaving extra hanging over the edges to make lifting the bread out easier.

3. Cook the Bread

Pour the batter into the prepared slow cooker and spread it evenly. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

4. Cool and Serve

Lift the bread out using the parchment paper and place it on a wire rack. Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
