Instructions:
Place chicken thighs in a large sealable Ziploc bag.
Add oil and all the seasonings.
Seal the bag and shake well, pressing the air out to ensure it’s tightly sealed.
Massage the seasoning around the chicken to coat it thoroughly.
(Alternatively, you can marinate the chicken in a bowl covered with plastic wrap.)
Refrigerate and marinate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
When ready to cook, preheat the air fryer to 375°F for about 5 minutes.
Place the chicken thighs skin side up in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 25–28 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and golden brown to your liking.
Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F using a meat thermometer.
