Cook Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage, breaking it into pieces, until fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
Assemble Biscuits: Roll out each biscuit slightly to flatten. Place about 1 tablespoon of cooked sausage and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese in the center.
Seal Biscuits: Fold the edges of each biscuit up and around the filling, pinching firmly to seal.
Bake Biscuits: Place the sealed biscuits seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve: Let cool slightly before serving.
