Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Butter a 9×13-inch metal baking pan and line with parchment paper, letting the paper extend up the sides.
Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients

Whisk together cocoa, espresso, and boiling water until smooth.

Add chopped unsweetened chocolate and whisk until melted.

Whisk in melted butter and vegetable oil.

Add eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.

Stir in the sugar until fully incorporated.
Step 3: Add the Dry Ingredients

Fold in the flour and salt using a rubber spatula until just combined.
Step 4: Assemble the Brownies

Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

Sprinkle 3/4 of the chopped Snickers over the batter.

Spread the remaining batter over the top and finish with the remaining Snickers.
Step 5: Bake

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Step 6: Cool and Serve

Let cool in the pan on a wire rack for 1 ½ hours.

Lift the brownies out using the parchment paper and allow them to cool completely (about 1 hour).

Cut into 2-inch squares and enjoy!
