How To Make Double Chocolate Coca Cola Cake
In a saucepan, combine Coca-Cola, oil, butter, and cocoa. Bring to a boil.
In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, and salt.
Pour the boiling Coca-Cola mixture over the flour mixture and beat well.
Add eggs, buttermilk, baking soda, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
Pour the batter into a greased and floured 13×9-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool for about 10 minutes before frosting.
How To Make the Frosting
In a saucepan, heat butter, cocoa, and milk until the butter melts.
Beat in the confectioner’s sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
Spread the frosting over the warm cake.
