Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
Step 2: Prepare the Biscuits
Separate the biscuits and gently flatten each to about 1/4 inch thick on a floured surface.
Step 3: Add the Cheese
Place 1–2 tablespoons of shredded cheddar in the center of each dough circle. Add a sprinkle of garlic powder or herbs if desired.
Step 4: Roll Them Up
Fold the edges over the cheese, pinch to seal, and gently roll into a ball. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet, spaced 1 inch apart.
Step 5: Brush with Butter
Brush tops with melted butter for a golden finish.
Step 6: Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes, until golden brown and cheese is melted.
Step 7: Serve
Cool slightly. Optional — brush with more butter and sprinkle with sea salt or seasoning. Serve warm.
