Instructions:
Prepare the Cake:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan.
In a bowl, combine flour and mini marshmallows.
Prepare your favorite chocolate cake batter.
Fold the marshmallows into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake the Cake:
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the cake cool completely in the pan.
Prepare the Icing:
In a saucepan, combine confectioners’ sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa powder.
Stir over medium heat until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Assemble the Cake:
Pour the icing evenly over the cooled cake.
Let the icing set for 30 minutes.
Serve and Enjoy:
