Prepare the Base
Crush the digestive biscuits.
In a bowl, combine crushed biscuits, crushed peanuts, and sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix milk, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder until smooth.
Pour the milk mixture and melted butter into the dry ingredients.
Mix until everything is well combined.
Press into Pan
Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Press the mixture evenly into the pan.
Refrigerate while preparing the topping.
Prepare the Chocolate Topping
Gently melt the dark chocolate together with avocado oil until smooth.
Assemble and Chill
Pour the melted chocolate topping over the chilled biscuit base.
Sprinkle with ground peanuts.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
Serve and Enjoy
Cut into squares or rectangles.
Serve chilled.
