How To Make Oven-Fried Potatoes and Onions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
Spread the potatoes in an even layer in the greased dish.
Sprinkle chopped onion and bacon evenly over the potatoes. Dot with diced butter.
Cover the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and stir the potatoes.
Turn oven to broil and cook for approximately 5 minutes, stirring every minute or so, until the potatoes are browned and crispy.
Serve immediately.
