Directions
Cook the Pasta
Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain well.
Combine in Slow Cooker
In your slow cooker, combine the cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, and fresh spinach leaves.
Stir until everything is evenly coated.
Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 1–2 hours, until the spinach is wilted and the sauce is heated through.
Finish with Cheese
Just before serving, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Serve
Spoon into bowls and garnish with extra Parmesan if desired.
