Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a bowl, mix all rub ingredients together. Press the rub evenly over all sides of the beef brisket.
Place the brisket on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the brisket from the oven.
In another bowl, whisk together the bouillon cube, water, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour the mixture into the slow cooker and add the brisket.
Cover and cook on low for 8–10 hours, turning the meat halfway through cooking.
Remove the brisket from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
Brush shredded meat with additional BBQ sauce.
(Optional) Broil the shredded meat for a few minutes to caramelize the BBQ sauce before serving.
