Instructions
Step 1 – Cook the Corned Beef
Unwrap the corned beef and place it in the slow cooker, fat side up.
Sprinkle the included spice packet evenly over the top.
Pour the beef broth into the slow cooker over and around the meat.
Cover and cook on low for 5 hours.
Step 2 – Add the Root Vegetables
After 5 hours, add the onions, carrots, and potatoes to the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 1 additional hour.
Step 3 – Add the Cabbage
Place the cabbage wedges on top.
Cover again and cook on low for 2 more hours.
Step 4 – Slice and Serve
