Supreme Pork Chops

Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a skillet, brown the pork chops in 1/4 cup of oil. Drain and set aside.

Slice the potatoes thinly and spread them evenly in the bottom of a medium casserole dish.

Place the browned pork chops on top of the potato layer.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and milk.

Pour the mixture over the pork chops and potatoes.

Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350°F, or until the potatoes are tender and the pork chops are cooked through.
