Prepare the Cream:
In a blender, combine the 3 cans of milk cream, 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk, and 2 packets of passion fruit juice powder (or your chosen flavor).
Blend for about 5 minutes until you get a soft, smooth, and homogeneous cream. -
Set the Base:
Pour the cream mixture evenly into a glass dish. -
Make the Ganache:
Melt the chopped dark chocolate (200 g) in a bain-marie or microwave, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent burning.
Add 1 box of milk cream to the melted chocolate and mix well until the ganache is shiny and smooth. -
Assemble and Chill:
Pour the chocolate ganache over the cream layer.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the ganache to thicken. -
Serve:
Remove from the fridge, serve chilled, and enjoy this irresistible dessert!
