Toss everything together to distribute evenly.

Tip: For extra texture, try stripe-peeling the cucumbers (peel strips with a vegetable peeler, leaving some skin).

Step 2 – Add Vinegar

Pour the seasoned rice wine vinegar over the mixture.

Toss again to coat all pieces thoroughly.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
