Instructions
Prep & Soak:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine 3 cups stuffing mix with 2 cups turkey stock. Let sit to soften.
Sauté Aromatics:
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Cook onion, celery, and garlic until soft and fragrant.
Stir in Bell’s Seasoning, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Make the Meatloaf Mixture:
Pulse remaining 1 cup stuffing mix into fine crumbs using a food processor or by hand.
In a large bowl, gently mix together the ground turkey, beaten eggs, salt, pepper, soaked stuffing, sautéed veggie mixture, and stuffing crumbs. Do not overmix.
Shape & Bake:
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
Shape the mixture into a loaf using wet hands to prevent sticking.
Bake for 55–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 155°F (68°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
Make the Gravy:
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Whisk in the flour and cook for 2–3 minutes until it turns golden.
Gradually add the hot turkey stock while whisking to avoid lumps.
Stir in Kitchen Bouquet and simmer until thickened.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve thick slices of turkey stuffing meatloaf smothered in warm gravy. It’s perfect for a cozy dinner that feels like a holiday meal—any time of year.
