Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat to 400°F (200°C).
2. Make Burger Patties
Mix ground beef, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Divide into 4 equal portions and shape into large patties (same size as pizza crusts).
3. Cook Patties
Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
Drain on paper towels.
4. Assemble the Pizza Stack
Place one pizza crust on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Spread with pizza sauce, sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella.
Add 2 burger patties, more cheese, bacon slices, and pickles.
Top with the second pizza crust, spread with sauce, cheese, and the other 2 patties.
Add remaining cheese, pickles, bacon, diced tomatoes, and red onion.
5. Bake
Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
6. Finish
Let rest 5 minutes.
Top with shredded lettuce and drizzle with ketchup, mustard, or burger sauce.
7. Serve
Slice like a pizza and enjoy with napkins — it’s a delicious, messy masterpiece!
