Beef Liver and Onions

Instructions:

Soak liver in milk for 1-2 hours to reduce bitterness. Drain & pat dry.

In a shallow dish, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, & pepper.

Dredge liver slices in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.

Heat butter & olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until caramelized; remove & set aside.

In the same skillet, cook liver slices for 2-3 mins per side until browned but still slightly pink inside.

Serve liver topped with caramelized onions.
