1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella for extra stretch)

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

2 tbsp ketchup (plus extra for serving)

Preheat Oven

Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin or ramekins (large size).
