🛒 Ingredients
🥩 Meat & Seasoning
1 lb (450 g) ground beef
½ tsp salt 🧂
½ tsp black pepper ⚫️
1 tsp onion powder 🧅
1 tsp Italian seasoning 🌿
🍅 Sauce & Pasta
24 oz (680 g) marinara or pizza sauce 🍅
1 bag (19 oz / 540 g) cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen) 🧀
🧀 Toppings
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
20–25 slices mini pepperoni 🍕
2 tbsp grated Parmesan 🧀 (optional)
1 tbsp dried parsley 🌿 (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Beef
In a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned (5–7 min).
Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well and drain excess fat if needed.
2️⃣ Add Sauce & Tortellini
Pour marinara/pizza sauce into the skillet and stir to coat the beef.
Add tortellini (no need to boil if fresh; if frozen, add directly). Mix well to coat with sauce.
3️⃣ Simmer
Cover and let cook over medium-low heat for about 5–7 minutes until tortellini are heated and slightly tender.
4️⃣ Top with Cheese & Pepperoni
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella evenly over the skillet.
Arrange mini pepperoni slices on top. Add Parmesan if desired.
5️⃣ Melt & Finish
Cover the skillet for 2–3 minutes or place under the oven broiler for 2–4 minutes until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
6️⃣ Garnish & Serve
Sprinkle dried parsley 🌿 on top. Serve hot and enjoy cheesy pizza flavor in every bite!
