This Cinnamon Roll Cake has all the flavor of warm, gooey Cinnabon rolls baked into a soft, fluffy cake. With swirls of buttery cinnamon sugar and a sweet vanilla glaze, it’s a crowd-pleasing dessert (or breakfast treat!) that always gets rave reviews.
Ingredients
White Cake Layer

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 ½ cups milk

1 cup white sugar

2 large eggs

4 teaspoons baking powder

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

¼ cup butter, melted
Cinnamon Layer

1 cup butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Glaze

2 cups confectioners’ sugar

5 tablespoons milk
-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Make the cake batter
In a large bowl, mix together flour, milk, sugar, eggs, baking powder, vanilla, salt, and melted butter until smooth. Pour batter evenly into the prepared dish. -
Make the cinnamon layer
In another bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon until well blended. Drop spoonfuls of this mixture over the cake batter and swirl gently with a knife. -
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Make the glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together confectioners’ sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth. -
Finish the cake
Drizzle glaze over the warm cake. Slice and serve.
