Simple apple crisp bars with a buttery crumble topping.

 

You Will Need:

 

3 cups sliced apples

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup rolled oats

¾ cup all-purpose flour

½ cup brown sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

½ teaspoon cinnamon

 

Instructions:

 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch pan.

Toss apples with lemon juice and place in the pan.

Combine oats, flour, sugar, butter, and cinnamon to make the topping.

Spread the topping over the apples and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden.

Let cool before cutting into bars.
