Funny Pumpkin Floats

Ingredients:

 

– 2 cups pumpkin puree

– 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

– 2 cups vanilla ice cream

– 2 cups ginger ale

– Whipped cream, for topping

– Ground cinnamon, for garnish

– Miniature marshmallows, optional

 

Directions:

 

1. In a medium bowl, mix the pumpkin puree with pumpkin pie spice until well combined.

2. In tall glasses, add two generous scoops of vanilla ice cream.

3. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the pumpkin mixture over the ice cream in each glass.

4. Slowly pour ginger ale over the ice cream and pumpkin mixture, allowing it to fizz and float.

5. Top each float with a swirl of whipped cream.

6. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the whipped cream and add miniature marshmallows if desired.

7. Serve immediately with a spoon and straw for a fun and festive treat.
