Lazy Day Bread

Ingredients:

 

3 cups all-purpose flour

 

1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast

 

1 ½ cups warm water (about 110°F / 45°C)

 

1 tsp salt

 

1 tbsp sugar

 

1 tbsp vegetable oil or olive oil

 

 

Instructions:

 

1. Mix Dough

 

In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.

 

Stir in the flour, salt, and oil until a sticky dough forms.

 

2. No Kneading Needed

 

You don’t need to knead! Just make sure everything is well mixed.

 

3. Let Rise

 

Cover and let the dough rise for about 30–45 minutes, until doubled in size.

 

4. Shape & Pan

 

Transfer dough into a greased loaf pan (or two smaller pans).

 

5. Bake

 

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown on top.

 

6. Cool & Enjoy

 

Remove from pan, let cool slightly, then slice and enjoy warm with butter.

 

 

Perfect for when you want fresh bread with minimal effort.
