2 eggs

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup milk (or water as per mix instructions)

10–12 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped or whole

For the Cheesecake Layer (optional but amazing)

8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup granulated sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Festive Orange Frosting

1/2 cup (1 stick / 115 g) unsalted butter, softened

2 cups powdered sugar

2–3 tbsp milk or heavy cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

Orange gel food coloring

Extra Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Brownie Layer

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy removal.

In a bowl, mix brownie mix, eggs, oil, and milk until smooth.

Pour half the brownie batter into the pan and spread evenly.

2️⃣ Add the Cheesecake Swirl (optional but recommended)

In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese + sugar + egg + vanilla until creamy and smooth.

Pour the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer.

Drop spoonfuls of the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently with a knife.

3️⃣ Bake

Bake for 35–40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean (a few fudgy crumbs are okay).

Cool completely before frosting.

4️⃣ Make the Festive Orange Frosting

Beat butter until creamy.

Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk/cream gradually until fluffy and spreadable.

Mix in orange gel food coloring until the color is bright and vibrant.

5️⃣ Assemble & Decorate

Spread the orange frosting evenly over the cooled brownies.

Top each square with an Oreo cookie (whole or halved for decoration).

Chill for 15–20 minutes to set the frosting before slicing into neat squares.
