This Christmas, my family renamed it ‘Holiday Hug in a Bowl’ because it’s requested at every gathering!

This Slow Cooker Creamy Alfredo Pasta is a simple and delicious one-pot meal that takes the classic Alfredo to a new level of convenience. By cooking the pasta right in the sauce, you get a deeply flavorful and rich dish with minimal effort. The slow cooker does all the work, resulting in perfectly tender pasta coated in a luxurious, creamy sauce.

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity

Fettuccine pasta 1 pound

Heavy cream 2 cups

Chicken broth 1 cup

Grated Parmesan cheese 1 cup

Garlic, minced 4 cloves

Salt 1 teaspoon

Black pepper ½ teaspoon

Nutmeg ¼ teaspoon

Butter 2 tablespoons

Optional: Cooked chicken, diced 1 cup

For Garnish: Fresh parsley, chopped

How To Make Slow Cooker Creamy Alfredo Pasta:

Step 1: Combine Ingredients: In your slow cooker, combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir until well mixed.

Step 2: Add Butter & Chicken: Add the butter and diced chicken, if using, to the mixture.

Step 3: Add Pasta: Break the fettuccine in half and add it to the slow cooker, making sure it is submerged in the liquid.

Step 4: Cook: Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender and the sauce is creamy.

Step 5: Serve: Once cooked, give it a good stir to ensure the pasta is well coated with the sauce. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
