Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
2. Lay out the bread slices and spread a generous amount of the cheesecake filling on 4 slices. Top with the remaining 4 slices to form sandwiches.
3. In a shallow bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Dip each sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides. Let any excess drip off.
