🔪 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

2. Mix the Meatball Ingredients:

  • In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  • Use your hands or a spoon to mix everything until just combined. Be careful not to overwork the mixture to keep the meatballs tender.

3. Form the Meatballs:

  • Use a spoon or your hands to shape the mixture into evenly sized meatballs, about 1 to 1 ½ inches in diameter.

  • Tip for faster prep: Use a small ice cream scoop or a melon baller to make uniform meatballs quickly, saving time!

4. Bake the Meatballs:

  • Arrange the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them out evenly.

  • Lightly spray the tops with olive oil for a golden, crisp finish.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside. You can check for doneness by inserting a meat thermometer — the internal temperature should reach 160°F (71°C) for beef or 165°F (74°C) for poultry.

5. Serve:

  • Serve your baked meatballs with marinara sauce, spaghetti, or as appetizers with toothpicks and a side of dipping sauce.
