🛒 Ingredients (makes about 12–16 cookies)

  • 1 ½ cups (about 45g) puffed rice cereal (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)

  • 1 cup (175g) dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

  • ¼ cup (60g) nut butter (peanut, almond, or sunflower seed butter)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (for a bit of sweetness)

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt (optional, but helps balance the sweetness)
