Instructions:
Layer in the Crockpot:
Add peanuts to the bottom of your crockpot.
Layer almond bark pieces on top, then add both types of chocolate chips.
If using peanut butter, spoon that in too.
Cook Low & Slow:
Cover and cook on LOW for about 1.5 to 2 hours.
Do not stir during the first hour. After that, stir occasionally until everything is melted and smooth.
Scoop & Set:
Once fully melted, give it a good stir to coat all the peanuts.
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto parchment or wax paper using a spoon or small cookie scoop.
Decorate (Optional but fun):
While still melty, sprinkle with sea salt, chopped nuts, holiday sprinkles, or crushed candy canes.
Cool & Harden:
Let sit at room temp until hardened (about 1–2 hours), or pop them in the fridge to speed it up.
💡 Tips & Variations:
Use pecans, almonds, cashews, or mixed nuts.
Add crushed toffee bits or mini marshmallows to the chocolate mix.
Want it less sweet? Use all dark chocolate and unsalted nuts.
Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer.
