🍳 One-Pan Cheesy Breakfast Frittata-Sandwich

🔄 Instructions:

  1. Prep the Eggs:

    • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add any veggies or herbs if using.

  2. Cook the Frittata:

    • Heat butter or oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat.

    • Pour in the egg mixture and immediately place the slices of bread (cut side down) into the eggs, spaced slightly apart.

    • Let cook uncovered for about 3–4 minutes, or until the eggs are mostly set and the bottom is golden.

  3. Flip and Fill:

    • Carefully flip the entire egg + bread layer using a wide spatula so the bread is now on the bottom.

    • Sprinkle cheese over the egg side and add bacon, ham, or any desired fillings.

    • Fold the egg edges inward over the filling.

  4. Form the Sandwich:

    • Fold one bread slice over the other to close the sandwich.

    • Press gently with the spatula and cook for another minute until golden and melted inside.

  5. Serve:

    • Cut in half and serve hot!
