Instructions:

Preheat Oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a loaf pan or baking sheet with parchment or foil.

Mix the Meatloaf Base:

In a large bowl, combine ground meat, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, raw egg, milk, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix just until everything is incorporated — don’t overmix!

Assemble the Meatloaf:

On a piece of parchment or wax paper, flatten half the meat mixture into a rectangle (a bit longer than your eggs lined up).

Lay the boiled eggs in a row down the center.

Cover with the remaining meat mixture, sealing the sides and ends well so the eggs are tucked in.

Shape & Bake:

Place on the baking sheet or in a loaf pan. Smooth the top and optionally spread the ketchup glaze over it.

Bake for 45–55 minutes, or until internal temp hits 160°F (70°C). Let rest 10 mins before slicing.
