👩‍🍳 Instructions
1. Mix the Filling
In a bowl, combine:

Mashed potatoes

Grated cheese

Green onions or herbs

Egg

¼ cup breadcrumbs

Salt, pepper, and optional seasonings
Mix until it holds together. If too soft, add a bit more breadcrumbs.

2. Shape into Balls
Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch in size). Chill for 10–15 minutes if the mix is too soft to handle easily.

3. Coat and Prep
Roll each ball in breadcrumbs to coat. This gives extra crunch when frying.

4. Fry or Air Fry
To Deep-Fry:

Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep pan.

Fry the balls in batches until golden and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per batch.

Drain on paper towels.

To Air Fry:

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly spray balls with oil and air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and crisp.

🧀 Serving Ideas
Serve hot with garlic aioli, sour cream and chives, spicy ketchup, or yogurt dip.

Want to level it up? Add a cube of mozzarella inside each ball for a melty surprise.

Let me know if you want a vegan version, or one with meat or veggies inside. These are super flexible—once you make them once, you’ll be experimenting in no time.
