1. Preheat & Prep
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch (or similar) baking dish.
2. Layer the Base
Spread the thawed hash browns evenly in the baking dish. Top with the diced ham, cheese, and green onions (or veggies of your choice).
3. Mix the Egg Mixture
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and any extra seasonings. Pour the mixture evenly over the layers in the dish.
4. Bake
Place in the oven and bake for 45ā50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden. Let it rest for 5ā10 minutes before slicing.
