🧾 Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Fillings of your choice (see ideas below)
Optional: parchment paper & muffin tin or baking tray
🔪 How to Make the Baskets:
Preheat the Oven:
Set to 400°F (200°C) and line a tray with parchment paper or lightly grease a muffin tin.
Cut the Puff Pastry:
Roll out the sheet slightly and cut it into even squares (about 3–4 inches across). You’ll get 6–9 squares from one sheet.
Form the Baskets (2 options):
Option A – Open Baskets on Tray:
Score a smaller square inside each square (don’t cut all the way through!)
Gently fold or pinch the corners inward to create raised edges — like a little tray.
Option B – Muffin Tin Style (Taller Sides):
