Stuffed crepes bundles: the savory and easy to make recipe

Directions: 
1. Mix flour, milk, salt, pepper and melted butter.
2. Blend and sift the batter to get rid of any lumps.
3. Cook the crepes in a pan at medium heat.
4. Dice onion and bell pepper, then fry them in pan with oil and garlic for about 4 minutes.
5. Add meat, then season with salt, pepper, paprika and ginger.
6. Pour in tomato sauce and paste, then add chopped fresh parsley.
7. Lastly cover with water and cook everything for 10 minutes.
8. Turn off the stove and add cheese.
9. Fill the crepes with the meat mixture and with fries, then fold them to shape the bundles.
10. Place them in a pan and cook at medium heat on both sides until golden.
