Begin by rimming your martini glasses with crushed candy canes. To do this, lightly wet the rim of each glass with water or a little bit of the white chocolate liqueur, then dip the rim into a plate of crushed candy canes until well-coated.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the white chocolate liqueur, vanilla vodka, peppermint schnapps, and heavy cream.
Add a handful of ice cubes to the shaker, then secure the lid and shake vigorously until the mixture is well-chilled and frothy.
Strain the mixture into the prepared martini glasses.
If desired, top each martini with a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a whole candy cane for an extra festive touch.
Variations & Tips
For a non-alcoholic version, replace the liqueurs with white chocolate syrup and peppermint syrup, and use a splash of vanilla extract instead of vodka. You can also try using almond milk or coconut milk instead of heavy cream for a lighter version. For those who prefer a stronger mint flavor, add an extra splash of peppermint schnapps. If you have picky eaters or guests who aren’t fond of peppermint, you can substitute the peppermint schnapps with a hazelnut or caramel liqueur for a different twist.
