Blend the base:

Add oil:
With the machine running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until smooth and creamy.
For a creamier pesto, blend in ricotta or yogurt at the end.
Season:
Taste and adjust with salt, pepper, or more lemon juice if needed.
Serve or store:
Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3โ4 days.
