  • ¼ tsp salt

  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

For the Strawberry Jello Mousse:

  • 1 package (3 oz / 85g) strawberry-flavored gelatin (Jell-O)

  • ½ cup boiling water

  • ½ cup cold water

  • 1 cup whipped cream (or whipped topping)

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced

For Decoration (optional):

  • Whipped cream

  • Whole or halved fresh strawberries

  • Mint leaves
