Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels (this helps to get them crispy!).
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
If you want extra crispiness, toss the wings with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. This will help create a crunchier exterior.
Place the wings in a single layer on the baking sheet. Make sure they’re not crowded so they crisp up evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro, if desired.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauces like ranch, blue cheese, or buffalo sauce!
