Bazlama (Turkish Flatbread) Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon instant dry yeast

  • 1 cup warm water (about 110°F/45°C)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter for a richer taste)

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (room temperature)
