DELICIOUS PINEAPPLE CHEESEBALL!!!

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
Gently mix in the drained crushed pineapple, green onions, and green bell pepper.
Stir in the seasoned salt and lemon pepper.
Fold in ½ cup of the chopped pecans.
Lay out a sheet of plastic wrap. Spoon the mixture onto it and shape into a ball.
Wrap tightly and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours, to firm up.
Just before serving, roll the cheeseball in the remaining 1½ cups of chopped pecans until fully coated.
Place on a serving platter and surround with your favorite crackers.
Drain pineapple well to prevent the mixture from becoming too wet.
For extra flavor, toast the pecans before using.
You can prep this cheeseball up to 2 days in advanceâjust wait to coat with nuts until right before serving.
