Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 10–12 minutes. Then transfer eggs to an ice bath and let them cool for 10–15 minutes.

  2. Peel and halve: Once cooled, peel the eggs and slice each one in half lengthwise.

  3. Make the filling: Scoop the yolks into a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, pepper, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  4. Fill the eggs: Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

  5. Garnish: Sprinkle with paprika powder and chopped chives for a flavorful finish.

  6. Serve or chill: Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
