Ingredients:
For the filling:

1 lb fresh spinach (or 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained)

1 cup crumbled feta cheese

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup ricotta cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)

2 large eggs

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional, but it adds a nice depth to the flavor)

For the crust:

1 package of puff pastry sheets (or phyllo dough if you prefer a thinner, more delicate crust)
